Whether you bake your Thanksgiving pie from scratch or buy one off the shelf, this tutorial is for you!
You will need:
- pumpkin pie (homemade or store-bought)
- letter cookie cutters (ours are from Hobby Lobby)
- 1 sheet of pie dough
Remove one pie crust from the box and unroll. If you’re making your pie from scratch, just set some dough aside for you letters.
Using small letter cutters (ours are intended for fondant but worked great for our purposes), cut the phrase of your choice.
Place the letters on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake as directed on the dough box. Ours took 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Finally, place the letters on your pie and you’re DONE!
