Character costumes come and go, but the spider costume has been around FOREVER. And we're confident it isn't going anywhere anytime soon! To create this bug-eyed beauty, follow the directions below.
To make, you will need:
- black headband (4 pack @ Dollar Tree $1.00)
- wool dryer balls (we found a 6 pack on Amazon for $6.99)
- 1 sheet of black felt ($0.49 @ Joanns)
- 1 sheet of colored felt ($0.49 @ Joanns)
- needle and thread
1. Cut 2 circles, 2 inches in diameter out of the colored felt, and 2 circles, 1.5 inches in diameter out of the black felt.
2. Attach the black circle onto the colored circle first.
3. Next, attached the colored circle onto the wool ball.
4. Finally, using your needle and thread, attach the felt balls onto the headband.
